When Samichay was just an idea.
Samichay is conceived as a spin-off of Atlas Connection, a festival of underground music and culture organised by Atlas, Merkaba Crew, Gorilla Project and ReTribe Collective.
As the Atlas Connection project grew and involved more and more underground realities, we realised how valuable it would be to replicate a conceptually similar experience, combined with less pressing sounds and more interactive workshops, lectures and activities.
Inspired by community. Driven by passion.
In these seven years of Atlas we have met many incredible people among our volunteers, participants, artists and friends. Many of them shared many ideas, projects and aspirations that we deeply appreciated, but which could not always find a place in the Atlas Connection programme.
Samichay is an opportunity to involve all these and other people, right from the start. The programme, shaped on our core values, will value each of these contributions and will be continuously influenced and inspired by the communities of the two festivals.
What is this trip about?
Samichay ventures on an experimental quest to explore new dimensions within the realm of psychedelia and underground cultures.
Take this event as an invitation to embrace a different facet of the psychedelic world: a less intense musical experience than Atlas Connection, but still imbued with the same unmistakable spirit of exploration and wonder.
Our goal is to create an event that resonates at a deep level, offering a spiritually fulfilling and less alienating experience for those who seek a gentler soundscape. We understand the need for balance, honouring the diversity of our audience and offering a space where everyone can feel welcomed and inspired.

The Roots
Samichay is conceived as a spin-off of Atlas Connection, an underground music festival organised by Atlas, Merkaba Crew, Gorilla Project, and ReTribe Collective.
As the project of Atlas Connection grew and involved more and more underground networks, we realised how valuable it would be to replicate a conceptually similar experience paired with less fast-paced tunes and with more interactive workshops, lectures, and activities.
Community-inspired
In these seven years of Atlas we met countless incredible people from our volunteers, participants, artists, and friends. Many of them shared numerous ideas, projects, and aspirations that we loved, but that could not always fit into Atlas Connection's programme.
Samichay is an opportunity to involve all these and new people, from the beginning. The programme, shaped around our core values, will value each of these contributions and will be continuously influenced and inspired by the communities of the two festivals.
